Benjamin Wright was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, first conviction, with blood/breath test results of .08 or greater. He is scheduled to appear in Moundridge Municipal Court on March 3 at 3:00 PM. Bond was set at $750 cash/surety.

Tad Meier was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a DWS (driving while suspended) charge. He is being held without bond.
