The MCFC 2017 Boys soccer team, under the leadership of head coach Adam Jennings, opened their fall season at the Stryker Complex with an impressive weekend performance, securing two victories. At Stryker Complex, McPherson battled through a high-scoring affair to defeat WUFC 17B AGUILAS 6-4, showcasing their offensive prowess and mental toughness in a back-and-forth contest. The team's momentum carried into their second game, where they delivered a dominant 10-0 shutout victory over the Newton Railers, demonstrating both their scoring depth and defensive capabilities. The commanding performances signaled a strong start to the season for the young McPherson squad, who showed they can win both the tight contests and control games from start to finish.
