Mastermind 2025 Hub Launches Community Engagement Initiative
Local presentations scheduled throughout August to gather public input and foster community discussions
MCPHERSON, KS — The McPherson County Community Foundation (MCCF) has announced the launch of its Mastermind 2025 Hub, a comprehensive resource center that will serve as the central repository for all Mastermind session materials throughout 2025. The hub will house community-specific files, county documentation, and video recordings of each presentation.
The initiative features a series of community presentations followed by public discussions designed to help the MCCF build context around data collected from public surveys. Community leaders are especially encouraged to attend these sessions, though all meetings are open to the public.
2025 Presentation Schedule:
The City of Marquette has already completed its session, while presentations for the remaining communities are scheduled as follows:
- City of Inman: August 8 at 7 a.m. at the Inman Senior Center
- City of Galva: August 11 at 12 p.m. at the Galva Community Building
- City of Moundridge: August 11 at 6 p.m. at West Zion Mennonite Church
- City of Canton: August 12 at 6 p.m. at Canton Carnegie Library
- City of Lindsborg: August 13 at 10 a.m. at Lindsborg Community Library
- City of McPherson: Two sessions on August 14 - 3 p.m. at First United Methodist Church and 6 p.m. at the same location (StepMC meeting)
- McPherson County: Date and location to be announced
These presentations represent a crucial opportunity for residents to contribute to community planning and development initiatives. The MCCF encourages widespread participation to ensure diverse perspectives are represented in the planning process.
