MANHATTAN, Kan. — A 36-year-old Manhattan woman is being held in the Riley County Jail on a $200,000 bond after her arrest Thursday on an allegation of trafficking a 25-year-old woman, according to Riley County Police Department records. Lashenna Renitia Dye was taken into custody in the 1300 block of Marlatt Avenue on a single felony count of human trafficking involving causing or threatening to cause physical injury, RCPD said. The arrest stems from a report originally filed in May. Dye also faces separate charges of fentanyl distribution and aggravated child endangerment stemming from a March arrest; that case remains pending in Riley County District Court.
