MANHATTAN, Kan. — The Miller Ranch water tower is back online following a complete rehabilitation that features a fresh coat of paint displaying the city flag. Contractor USG completed the interior upgrades and structural repairs under the city's 10-year maintenance agreement, with crews now set to begin similar work on the Northwest Tower later this year.
