Hutchinson City Council meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson City Council will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall to consider several items including a public hearing on condemning an unsafe structure.
The council will hear a request to condemn a residence at 2100 S. Bonebrake St. and receive updates on commercial structures at the same address and 3405 E. 4th Ave.
Other agenda items include a resolution to exceed the revenue neutral tax rate, bid results for the Woodie Seat Freeway project over K&O Railroad and Avenue C, and storm water discussion.
The meeting will also include proclamations for Emancipation Day and Parks and Recreation Month. As well as updates on the commercial structure at 2100 S. Bonebrake and the residential structure at 3405 E. 4th Ave.
