Historic Fox Theatre reveals opening act for 2025-2026 Season
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Historic Fox Theatre has announced the opening show for its 2025-2026 live entertainment season, with country a cappella group Home Free set to kick off the theatre's 94th season on October 19 with "The Jukebox Tour."
The all-vocal country entertainers have accumulated more than 720,000 album equivalents, 830 million YouTube views, and 1.8 million subscribers, earning recognition as "Country music fans' favorite a cappella group" according to Taste of Country. The group has received praise from Billboard, Rolling Stone, and American Songwriter for their Nashville-flavored pop, country classics, and harmonious performances.
Home Free's upcoming Fox Theatre performance will feature an interactive element, allowing ticket holders to help shape the show through a voting system. All ticket purchasers will receive a confirmation email with a link to vote on songs for the performance.
"You pick the songs. Home Free brings the harmony," theatre organizers said, describing the concert as a "fan-driven, one-of-a-kind concert experience."
The theatre will announce its complete 2025-2026 season during a public event July 1, featuring eight shows focused on comedy and family programming. The season reveal begins at 6 p.m. at the theatre, with doors opening at 5:15 p.m. for complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. The event is free and open to the public.
"This is going to be our most fun-filled and family-friendly season yet," said Josh Davies, executive director of the Fox Theatre. "We've got eight incredible shows that will have you laughing, cheering, and maybe even dancing in your seat."

- Artist Fan Presale: Wednesday, June 25 at 10 a.m.
- Spotify Fans Presale: Thursday, June 26 at 10 a.m.
- VIP Packages Only: Friday, June 27 at 10 a.m.
Season tickets and renewals go on sale July 7 at 9 a.m., offering subscribers a 20% discount compared to individual show prices. All individual show tickets become available August 25 at 9 a.m. through the theatre's website at hutchinsonfox.com, the box office, or by calling 877-FOX-SHOW.
