The proposals include the 48-unit Willow Grove project by Zimmerman Properties and the 36-unit Wheatland Commons project by Old Town Development.
Commissioners will also vote on a $94,400 engineering contract with local firm Driggs Design Group to plan the reconstruction of portions of 22nd Street, General Hays Road and Oak Street.
Additionally, the local nonprofit Women Who Lead will provide an update on its multi-phase improvement efforts at Sunrise Park, which include a new disc golf course and upcoming playground upgrades.
