Girls Soccer Dominates Salina Central in Season Opener
Grace Prescott nets four goals as McPherson rolls to 8-0 victory.
MCPHERSON, Kan. — The McPherson girls soccer team opened its season in emphatic fashion Thursday, blanking Salina Central 8-0 behind a four-goal performance from Grace Prescott.
Addison Shaft added two goals, while Lleyton Kuhn and Becca Lulloff each scored once as the Bullpups poured in four first-half goals before adding four more after the break. Becca Lulloff also contributed two assists in the rout, and McPherson put 18 shots on goal while goalkeeper Ellie Herrera faced no shots in the shutout.
