Senator Marshall's Kansas Tour and Travel Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. continued his 100-stop tour of Kansas during the week of August 22, 2025, visiting multiple communities including Stafford, Lewis, Spearville, Dodge City, Garden City, Lakin, Wichita, and Scott City. During these stops, he met with farmers, law enforcement officers, local manufacturers, veterans affairs staff, and toured facilities for manufacturing farm equipment and food. He engaged with those who keep communities safe to learn about their mental health needs and spoke with farmers about how the President's trade negotiations impact food producers. Following his Kansas tour, Marshall traveled to Ireland to cheer on the Kansas State Wildcats in their game against Iowa State.

Peace Through Strength and Foreign Policy Senator Marshall appeared on Newsmax's Finnerty program to discuss Russia-Ukraine peace talks taking place in Alaska between Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Donald Trump. He emphasized America's approach of "pursuing peace through strength" in international relations. This media appearance highlighted his engagement with current foreign policy issues and diplomatic efforts to resolve international conflicts.

Agricultural Protection and Solar Panel Policy Marshall released a statement applauding Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins' decision to halt the use of taxpayer dollars for installing solar panels on productive farmland. He praised the USDA's announcement that solar panels manufactured by foreign adversaries would not be used in USDA projects, arguing that converting prime farmland to solar installations drives up land prices and limits production capabilities for surrounding farmers and ranchers. Marshall expressed support for the Trump administration's efforts to defend U.S. farmland and farmers from foreign disruptions and influence, including supporting legislation to protect critical agricultural resources from foreign ownership.
