Four Bullpups Earn AVCTL D-III Girls Basketball Honors
Whitfield named Defensive Player of the Year among four McPherson all-league selections.
MCPHERSON, Kan. — Four McPherson Bullpups were recognized on the AVCTL Division III all-league girls basketball team, announced March 8. Brooke Doile and Rylie Whitfield earned first-team honors, with Whitfield also being named the league's Defensive Player of the Year, while Piper Alvord was selected to the second team and Maryn Sandbo received honorable mention.
