In the RIC there was a bowl of raw pork over RTE vegetables. No leakage was detected. COS PIC moved the pork to the bottom of the RIC.

The hand washing sink next to the 3 vat sink did not have any soap. Corrected on site. Soap was provided.

In the walk in cooler was 14 bags of cooked noodles with no date marking. In the reach in refrigerated prep table on the south side of the kitchen was 2 trays of preportioned cole slaw with no date marking. In the reach in refrigerator located on the north side of the kitchen was a plastic container of cooked potatoes, a container of cooked corn on the cob, a plastic container of boiled eggs, a plastic container of cooked sausages, and an opened carton of dairy whipped cream .. all items had no date marking. Person in charge stated they were all made Sunday. Corrected on site. All Items were date marked appropriately.

In the RIC there were 18 eggs over packages of cooked sausage. COS Education was given and the PIC moved the eggs to the bottom of the RIC.

Hand sink had a pitcher in it. COS PIC removed the pitcher.

Two #10 cans (one peaches, one mushrooms) had dents on top seam. COS PIC will return cans.

In the RIC there was a bag of cooked eggs with no date mark. PIC said they were thawed out 7/8. COS PIC date marked the eggs.

In the register area hanging on the handwashing sink was a clear spray bottle with a clear liquid with no content marking. PIC stated it was sanitizer. COS. PIC marked as sanitizer.

Sitting on the countertop was raspberry pearl topping 72F that contains sweet potato and carrot juice. Please provide documentation that this is a shelf stable item. Please keep under temperature control until it can be documented as shelf stable. COS. Pearls were refrigerated.

In the reach in refrigerator located by the registers was an open half gallon of skim milk and an opened can of whipped cream. Neither had date markings. PIC stated they were opened 2 days ago. COS. PIC date marked appropriately.

15 packages of Goody extra strength headache powder had an expiration date of 6/25. COS. PIC removed from sale.

The men's restroom did not have soap. COS. PIC supplied soap.

No paper towels or other hand drying provisions at the kitchen handwashing sink. COS PIC replaced paper towels.
