MCPHERSON, Kan. —Recent hot weather has provided ideal conditions for the McPherson Street Department to resume operations on the Elm Street project. Crews have made significant progress on the 1100 block of North Elm, with the street now cut to grade and initial concrete work underway. The dry conditions have been particularly beneficial for the project, allowing workers to maintain steady progress after previous weather-related delays.
