Dillons earns top honors as United Way of Reno County's No. 1 Most Giving Company for second consecutive year

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Dillons grocery stores has again claimed the top spot on United Way of Reno County's list of most generous corporate partners, earning the No. 1 Most Giving Company designation for the 2025-26 campaign — a recognition the regional grocery chain has now held for at least two consecutive years.

United Way of Reno County presented the Top 25 Giving Award to Dillons representatives at a recent recognition event, celebrating the company's sustained commitment to improving lives across the region. Local store managers and regional leadership were credited with driving employee participation through personal, one-on-one conversations with associates — an approach officials say has set Dillons apart from other corporate partners.

"From allowing UWRC opportunities to speak with their regional leadership team, to the way local store managers encourage giving by having one-on-one conversations with their associates, this generous team fuels the work we do and strengthens the network of care that so many in Reno County rely on," United Way of Reno County wrote in announcing the honor.

United Way of Reno County works to mobilize the caring power of the community by addressing critical needs in education, financial stability and health. The organization partners with dozens of local nonprofits, businesses and volunteers to create lasting change for families and individuals throughout Reno County.
