Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook’s Platform Policy and data protection requirements, users of our Facebook App can request deletion of their personal data collected through the app. Please follow the instructions below to request data deletion.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

1. Visit our contact page at: https://www.citizenjournal.us/contact/
2. In the contact form, select “Data deletion request” from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter your full name and email address associated with your Facebook account or the app.
4. In the message field, please include a short explanation stating that you would like your data deleted, along with any relevant details (such as your Facebook User ID if applicable).
5. Submit the form.

Processing of Your Request

Once we receive your request:

• Our support team will verify your identity and account ownership.
• Your data will be permanently deleted from our records within 7 business days of verification.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process has been completed.
