MCPHERSON — The citizen journal app has introduced a new user-submitted score network feature, allowing local residents to report sports scores, game details, and sideline photographs directly from their iOS and Android devices. The feature promises to expand sports coverage significantly beyond traditional high school varsity reporting, giving the community broader access to athletic events across all levels of play.

The beta release includes functionality for users to submit game information and images from sporting events throughout the area. An example of the expanded coverage potential can be seen in a 2017 MCFC McPherson girls soccer team article submitted by local contributor Treg Fawl.
