CASA of Cowley County to host annual Cheers to CASA fundraiser Dec. 6

WINFIELD, KS — CASA of Cowley County will host its annual Cheers to CASA fundraiser on Friday, Dec. 6, at Behr Rafters in Winfield.

The holiday fundraiser will begin at 5 p.m. and will feature live and silent auctions, door prizes, dinner, drinks and other activities to benefit the organization's mission of supporting children in the court system.

Tickets are $25 per person or $250 for a reserved table of eight. Tickets can be purchased through Venmo at @casaofcowleycounty or online at https://casacowleycounty.betterworld.org/.../cheers-to-casa.

CASA, which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates, recruits, trains and supports community volunteers who advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. CASA volunteers work to ensure these children find safe, permanent homes while navigating the child welfare and court systems.

The organization serves Cowley County and provides trained advocates who are appointed by judges to represent the best interests of children in foster care.
