Caldwell Chamber of Commerce Seeks Bingo Enthusiasts for Trail Festival Fundraiser
CALDWELL — The Caldwell Chamber of Commerce is calling on bingo lovers to participate in the Chisholm Trail Festival Fundraiser, scheduled for Feb. 7 at Sugar Sisters, 20 S Main St.
The event will feature a Western-themed bingo night with doors opening at 6 p.m. and games beginning at 7 p.m. Participants can secure a spot for $20, which includes food and a drink. Additional rounds, prizes and gift tins will also be available for purchase.
Organizers encourage attendees to reserve tables in advance by calling 620-845-0423.
The fundraiser supports the annual Chisholm Trail Music Festival, described by organizers as a premier event bringing "Music. Bingo. Pros & Good-Time Outlaws" to the community.
"Test your music knowledge and WIN!" the chamber wrote in its promotional materials, urging participants to bring their cards and join the festivities.
According to the event description, the festival celebrates the music, themed bingo games and the camaraderie of supporting live entertainment on the Chisholm Trail. Proceeds benefit the festival's continuation, with the satisfaction of contributing to local cultural programming cited as an additional incentive for participation.
The chamber emphasized that no prior bingo experience is necessary and encouraged community members to gather their groups and join the Feb. 7 event.
