Bullpups Steamroll Towanda-Circle in Dominant Dual
McPherson Posts 82-0 Shutout with Wins Across All Weight Classes
The McPherson High School boys wrestling team delivered a flawless performance against Towanda-Circle, cruising to an 82-0 shutout victory. The Bullpups won every match on the night, combining pins, technical falls, and forfeits to blank the visitors.
McPherson's wrestlers wasted no time on the mat, with six Bullpups earning pins. Keaton Crane (144) started the pinfall parade by dispatching Jackson Minton in 2:07, followed by Baylor Boesker (150) putting away Gabe Duncan in 3:27. Colt Harlin (175) added a fall over Trevor Stewart in 2:35, while Dylan Hall (215) pinned Aymon Oliver in 4:26.
In exhibition action, Isaiah Ortiz needed just 11 seconds to pin Matthew Haney at 126 pounds, and Manuael Gaspar-Juan added a fall over Oliver Pearson at 190 in 3:46.
Julian Moore opened the dual with a dominant 18-3 technical fall over Gary Elliot at 106 pounds, while Jacob Magnall delivered a 15-0 tech fall against Za'Quris Brown-Richardson at 132.
