Bullpups claim third at Wichita Southeast tourney
McPherson varsity girls volleyball went 4-2 to earn third place.
WICHITA, Kan. — The McPherson Bullpups varsity girls volleyball team went 4-2 at the Wichita Southeast tournament Saturday, defeating Wichita Independent, Wichita Southeast (twice) and Wichita South while falling to Circle and Goddard before beating Southeast again in the third-place match. Harper Rierson led the Bullpups with 55 kills, Rylie Whitfield dished out 120 assists and added 12 aces, and Carmin Pavlovich contributed across all five statistical categories with 22 kills, nine assists, 10 aces, 35 digs and anchored a back row that also featured 34 digs from Elles Pavlovich.
