Bullpups Boys Basketball Draws Ulysses in Sub-State
No. 6 McPherson hosts No. 11 Ulysses Wednesday in Class 4A sub-state quarterfinal.
MCPHERSON, Kan. — The McPherson Bullpups (14-9) will host the Ulysses Tigers (11-12) at 6 p.m. Wednesday in a Class 4A Sub-State 4 quarterfinal at McPherson High School. The No. 6-seeded Bullpups would face the winner of No. 3 Concordia (17-4) and No. 14 Abilene (6-15) in Saturday's 5 p.m. sub-state championship, with the location to be determined.
