Bullpups 12U Softball Concludes Stellar Season at Salina Tournament
Team finishes with impressive 27-6-1 record after nine-game weekend

The McPherson Bullpups 12U softball team capped off an outstanding season at the Moneyball Tournament in Salina this past weekend, battling through nine games over three days of intense competition. The young Bullpups showcased their offensive prowess throughout the tournament, exploding for 58 runs while posting a perfect 4-0 record in pool play before advancing to bracket competition where they went 3-2. Their impressive run came to an end in a heartbreaking 3-2 semifinal loss to the Barnstormers in what proved to be a defensive struggle after days of high-scoring affairs.
The team's remarkable 27-6-1 season record reflects the dedication and talent of a squad that consistently performed at a high level throughout the summer. The Bullpups roster included Luci Redden, Lily Hett, Hayden Vogelsberg, Kinsley Postier, Cayson Harlin, Leah Jackson, Macie Reinwald, Abby Puhalla, Hayden Allen, Grace DeWitt, Tyler Williams, and Zoee Schmidt, who were guided by coaching staff Chris Allen, Jake Puhalla, Tyler Davis, and Morgan Williams.
