Bullpup Bowlers Punch Tickets to State
Both MHS boys and girls teams earn regional runner-up honors, qualify for state meet
The McPherson High School bowling program is headed to the state meet after both the boys and girls teams finished as regional runners-up.
The Bullpup boys were led by a strong trio of individual performances. Rayce Stiggins paced the group with a third-place individual finish, while Brody Hutts came in seventh and Bentley Konen placed eighth.
On the girls side, Ryla Skelton led McPherson with a ninth-place individual finish to help the team secure its runner-up spot.
Both squads will look to carry that momentum into next Friday's State Meet as they compete for a chance to bring home more hardware for the Bullpup program.
