HAYS, Kan. — [West 45th Street will remain closed to through traffic at Hall Street](https://www.citizenjournal.us/multiple-hays-streets-scheduled-for-closures-pavement-repairs/) for ongoing pavement repairs due to unexpected vendor equipment issues, city officials said.
