You just need movement momentum! Here is how to start without overthinking it:

*💥Focus on form*

*💥Build confidence before weight*

**Demo workout:**

1️⃣ DB Goblet Squats -build your buns and legs with this dandy!

2️⃣DB Bench Press- strengthen your chest and arms with this great push exercise

3️⃣Single Arm DB Row- build strength in your back and arms with this pulling movement

Perfect your form. Start with light weight and increase it each workout if able. Be brave!
