MANHATTAN, Kan. — U.S. Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., toured Manhattan's new Chipotle location to highlight the chain's commitment to fresh ingredients and food transparency. The restaurant, which opened in late 2025, is the chain's 4,000th location nationwide. Marshall used the stop to emphasize how the chain's sourcing practices align with a broader push for protein and transparent food standards.
