A segment of Anderson Avenue between Connecticut Avenue and Canfield Drive closed to through traffic Monday, July 27, as crews began the next phase of a local infrastructure project.

The closure is scheduled to last through Sunday, Aug. 9, while crews complete work on the [Anderson Avenue Water, Street, and Stormwater improvement project](https://www.manhattanks.gov/m/newsflash/home/detail/2301?ref=citizenjournal.us).
