Lehr reported a significant summer spike in local law enforcement activity, noting that warnings and citations more than doubled during one week in July, resulting in six arrests. According to Sheriff Lehr's on-the-record report to the council, these arrests were primarily related to drugs and alcohol. Sheriff Lehr also updated the Pinedale Town Council on ongoing vandalism issues within the town, noting that several juvenile cases have been forwarded through the standard court process and handled in strict accordance with juvenile privacy laws, resulting in probation and community service.
