The Lindsborg Old Mill & Swedish Heritage Museum and Broadway RFD will present seven performances of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" from Friday, Oct. 16, through Saturday, Oct. 24, at Heritage Square in Lindsborg.

According to the [museum's events page](https://www.oldmillmuseum.org/events/?ref=citizenjournal.us) and the [K-State Events calendar](https://events.k-state.edu/event/the-legend-of-sleepy-hollow?ref=citizenjournal.us), performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Oct. 16, 17 and 22 and at 7:30 and 10 p.m. Oct. 23 and 24\. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for students and may be purchased online through CUR8 from [Broadway RFD's ticket page](https://www.broadwayrfd.org/tickets/?ref=citizenjournal.us).

The museum said in a social media post Monday, Oct. 12, that remaining tickets were going fast. According to the K-State listing, attendance is limited to 30 people per performance, advance tickets are required, and no tickets will be sold at the gate.

Broadway RFD says children younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The outdoor production, adapted by Kathryn Schultz Miller from Washington Irving's story, uses a traveling-audience format in which attendees follow the actors through Heritage Square.

According to the museum's Winter 2024 newsletter, the museum and Broadway RFD revived the production that year after a decade-long absence.

The [newsletter](https://www.oldmillmuseum.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/November-2024.pdf?ref=citizenjournal.us) said all seven performances sold out and drew about 175 people. It said audiences were capped because some performance locations had limited space and described the shows as "unique, intimate performances."
