Moundridge Unified School District 423 officials advised families on Thursday, Aug. 20, to update their [printed academic calendars](https://www.usd423.org/view-all-events?ref=citizenjournal.us) with recent schedule changes ahead of the new school year.

The district is scheduled to welcome K-12 students back for their first day of classes on Aug. 27, under the leadership of new interim Superintendent Clark Wedel.
