# McPherson musicians to perform free concert at local senior community

MCPHERSON, Kan. — McPherson musicians Tamara and Greg Power will perform a free public concert at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Event Center at The Cedars, a local retirement community. The duo will play a variety of bluegrass gospel, country, traditional hymns and popular hits from the 1970s and '80s, accompanied by Greg Power on guitar. The 60-acre McPherson senior living center is opening its doors to the wider community for the afternoon musical program, encouraging attendees to sit back and sing along.
