# McPherson library adds bit set for drills and drivers to Library of Things

The McPherson Public Library said in a Facebook post Sunday, Sept. 27, that patrons hanging decor, assembling furniture or making home repairs can borrow a bit set for drills and drivers instead of buying one. The item is part of the library's [Library of Things](https://macpl.org/library-of-things/?ref=citizenjournal.us), a nontraditional collection of tools, equipment, games and other items for home use. The library's online catalog lists 138 titles in the collection. Borrowers generally must be at least 18, have held a McPherson Public Library card for at least three months and have an account in good standing.
