# McPherson County high schools take part in county's first CAPS Design Challenge

High schools from across McPherson County gathered at McPherson College on Thursday, Sept. 24, for the county's first CAPS Design Challenge, the debut of a new profession-based learning program for local students. The McPherson County Community Foundation joined the schools at the college's Campus Commons and has posted photos from the event. Inman Schools documented its high school students taking part.

The foundation will host its Suicide Prevention and Awareness Walk on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The newsletter also lists Foundation in the House in Moundridge on Oct. 13, Match Month from Oct. 10 to Nov. 10, and a Nov. 15 deadline for David J. Nutt and General Grants. The foundation's office is at 1233 N. Main in McPherson.
