Lindsborg Transfer Station Extends Weekend Hours Following Storms
Facility offers expanded access for storm debris disposal
LINDSBORG — The McPherson Area Solid Waste Utility Transfer Station at 1431 17th Avenue will operate under expanded hours this weekend to accommodate storm cleanup efforts. The facility will be open Friday, June 20 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, June 21 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, June 22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. These extended hours will provide Lindsborg residents additional opportunities to dispose of storm-related debris and waste materials. The expanded schedule was announced through the City of Lindsborg Government Facebook page in response to recent severe weather that impacted the area.
