To address the growing needs of the McPherson Waterpark, the City Council approved the creation of a new seasonal facility maintenance job. This position is intended to handle tasks such as mowing, trimming, cleaning, and minor repairs at the facility, ensuring it remains safe and well-maintained for visitors. The role aims to alleviate workload pressures on the existing park facility maintenance team. The position will be placed on Grade F of the seasonal temporary part-time wage scale, ranging from $13 to $15 per hour.
