# Lysell Appointed to Lindsborg City Council

The Lindsborg City Council appointed Larry Lysell to fill a vacant Ward 3 seat during their meeting last night, according to a City of Lindsborg Government Facebook post. Lysell will complete the remainder of Andrew Smith's term after Smith moved out of the ward, creating the vacancy. The appointment ceremony included Lysell taking the oath of office at the council chambers, with city officials expressing gratitude for his willingness to serve the Lindsborg community.
