LINDSBORG, Kan. — Lindsborg residents were asked Friday, Aug. 14, to conserve water and shut off their sprinkler systems while the city works to resolve a problem with one of its water wells, according to a post on the City of Lindsborg's Facebook page.

The post did not identify which well is affected, what failed or how long repairs are expected to take. The city issued no boil advisory and said nothing about drinking water quality or water pressure.
