# KDA area inspections

**Recent Food Safety Inspections in Reno County (June 2025):**

**Establishments Inspected:**

1. **Dutch Kitchen Restaurant** (Hutchinson) - 06/12/2025, Routine, In Compliance, Violation #1-2

## Key Findings

- **All establishments were "In Compliance"** despite some having violations
- **Inspection Type**: All were routine inspections

**Inspection Results:**

- In the RIC there was a container of diced chicken with no date mark. PIC didn't know when it was opened. COS PIC disposed of the chicken.
- In the RIC there was a container of sliced olives with no date mark. PIC said they were opened 6/9 COS PIC date marked the olives.
