  - Issue: Make table tomatoes at 46°F
  - Inspector Comments: "PIC said they had only been out for 2 hours. COS PIC closed lids and temp dropped to 38F."
  - Action Taken: Person in Charge (PIC) immediately corrected by closing lids, temperature dropped to safe level
  - Issue: Six plastic food containers stored as clean had sticker residue on them
  - Inspector Comments: "COS PIC removed containers for rewashing."
  - Action Taken: Person in Charge immediately removed containers for proper cleaning
