The program, operated by the Kansas Chamber and Kansas Chamber Education Foundation, is one of the nation's oldest statewide leadership programs and is dedicated to developing and inspiring leaders from across Kansas. The 2026 program runs from April through November, with sessions in 11 cities including Dodge City, Garden City, Hays, Hutchinson, Kansas City, Leavenworth, Lawrence, Pittsburg, Salina, Topeka and Wichita. Participants will engage with experts and community leaders on topics including business, education, agriculture, public policy, economic development and government.
