HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Area students heading into pre-K through 12th grade can receive a free back-to-school haircut on Monday. Hutchinson Community College’s Cosmetology and Barbering program is partnering with local salon and shop professionals to offer the complimentary styling at the program's building, located at [200 E.
