But small towns across America have lost more than just manufacturing jobs. They've lost coverage of their municipal governments, lost touch with local kids playing sports, and most importantly, they've lost a common connection to their neighbors.* *citizen journal is trying to reinvent the newspaper for the digital era. We will be publishing this newsletter, the Hutchinson Brief, 3 days per week at first (MWF), with the goal of daily in the future. We're going to add more news, more sports, obituaries, job postings, and more. We're going to sell ads to support it - if you're a local business who wants to reach a local audience, please consider advertising.
