Downtown Hutchinson offers zero-interest loans for business development
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Downtown Hutchinson is offering zero-percent interest loans to businesses starting new ventures or undertaking remodeling projects in the city's downtown district.
The Incentives Without Walls loan program provides up to $20,000 to qualifying businesses with a 3-to-1 cash match requirement. Borrowers must invest $3 for every $1 loaned, and repayment terms extend up to 84 months.
Program Details
The revolving loan fund targets businesses establishing new operations or renovating existing facilities in downtown Hutchinson. Funds are available immediately for qualifying applicants.
The program is supported by Kansas Main Street and administered locally through the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce.
