Citizen Journal offers a number of email newsletters, including:

**citizen journal -** Original articles, weekly tweet-sized #motivationmonday

**US citizen journal -** 5-item daily summary of the top news stories facing Americans. Published by 7a cst daily.

**heartland citizen journal -** 5-item daily summary of the top news stories facing Kansans. Published by 7p cst daily.

**Various local publications across the state**

To mange deliveries:

1. Visit [adastraperaspera.us](https://www.citizenjournal.us/).
2. Click **Sign-in** (top-right corner) or **Account** if already logged in.
  - On mobile, tap the **menu icon** (two lines, top-right corner).
3. After signing in, click **Manage** under Emails.
4. Select the newsletters you want to receive.
