HAYS, Kan. — Several streets in eastern Hays were scheduled for seal coat surface treatments Tuesday, Aug. 4, and Wednesday, Aug. 5, [following earlier project delays](https://www.citizenjournal.us/p/7e024829-68af-47b2-af68-93745af1bb5f/).

Crews from Vance Brothers were set to complete the roadwork across 11 street segments, including portions of East 26th Street, Indian Trail and Schwaller Avenue.
