# Hays alley to close for concrete replacement

Sections of the alley between Ash and Elm streets, and between the 300 and 400 blocks of West 10th and West 11th streets in Hays, will close beginning Monday for concrete replacement. City officials said the ends of the alley are being reconstructed, and the closure will remain in place until further notice.
