A small bottle of hand soap was supplied until batteries could be changed. - **3-501.14(A)(1)** \- In the reach in refrigerator in the kitchen was a bucket of corn on the cob 77F-79F. PIC stated they were put there at 1030(3.5 hours ago) this morning after being cooked. COS. PIC discarded. Educated on 2 stage cooling parameters. Suggested putting in walk in cooler to cool before putting up front. - **3-501.17(A)** \- In the reach in cooler located in the kitchen was 9 plastic bags of noodles with no date marking. PIC stated they were made Saturday. COS. PIC date marked appropriately. - **3-501.16(A)(2)** \- Next to the breading in the kitchen was a metal container of milk wash 79F. PIC stated it was put there this morning. PIC discarded milk wash and made more and placed on ice. - **3-501.17(B)** \- In the reach in refrigerator in the kitchen was an opened container of heavy whipping cream with no date mark. PIC stated it was opened Saturday. COS. PIC date marked appropriately. - **7-102.11** \- In the register area hanging on the handwashing sink was a clear spray bottle with a clear liquid with no content marking. PIC stated it was sanitizer. COS. PIC marked as sanitizer. Discussed using premarked bottles. --- ## 12\. STARBUCKS COFFEE #8610 **Date:** 07/08/2025 **Address:** 1502 E 17TH AVE HUTCHINSON, KS 67502 **Phone:** 620-669-5361 **Result:** In Compliance **Violations:** 1 **Violation Details:** - **3-501.16(A)(2)** \- Sitting on the countertop was raspberry pearl topping 72F that contains sweet potato and carrot juice. Please provide documentation that this is a shelf stable item. Please keep under temperature control until it can be documented as shelf stable. COS. Pearls were refrigerated. --- ## 13\.
