# Five McPherson Bullpups Earn All-State Football Honors

**MCPHERSON** — McPherson High School's football program earned statewide recognition as five players were honored on the Kansas 4A All-State teams, with two Bullpups earning first-team selections.

Junior wide receiver **Ashton Malm** and sophomore kicker **Jaxon Hoover** were both named to the **4A First Team All-State Offense**, representing the highest honor in Kansas high school football.

Three additional Bullpups earned honorable mention recognition for their contributions during the season:

- **Dylan Hall, Jr. - Tackle**: The junior lineman anchored the offensive and defensive line throughout the season.
- **Carter Bengtson, Jr. - Quarterback**: The junior signal-caller led the Bullpups' offense.
- **Dane Becker, Jr. - Running Back**: The junior running back provided a consistent ground game.
