LAWRENCE, Kan. — Drivers and Clinton Lake visitors face two to three months of daytime lane closures and delays starting Wednesday, Aug. 5, when 10.5 miles of County Route 5, the Clinton Lake outer road, narrow to one lane for resurfacing.
