# City of South Hutchinson opens bidding for 255-acre farm lease

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of South Hutchinson is seeking sealed bids from agricultural operators for a five-year farm lease covering more than 250 acres of land.

The available property spans approximately 255.42 tillable acres split across two agricultural tracts. The selected applicant will take over the property's operations when the five-year lease begins on Aug. 24.
